To be honest, I rarely use that term or related terms to describe antivaxers. Most of them honestly don't want outbreaks. Fair enough. Some of that is coming from a place of anger on my part. But I do think asking them why they are antivax gives an opportunity to keep spreading pseudoscience. Asking them why they support the plague is a more discomforting question.

The only antivaxers whom I call pro-disease are the ones who hold pox parties and the like, intentionally infecting their children with disease in search of "natural immunity."
