Here's a good rule of thumb: If the term "vaccine choice" or "informed consent" appears in the name of a vaccine-related organization, that organization is antivaccine. If there's an exception to this axiom, I have yet to see it in 20 years of combatting antivax misinformation.
Let's take a look at @picphysicians and "informed consent." For instance, its Twitter feed is full of cherry picked studies purporting to show horrific risks due to various vaccines. Ditto its Facebook page. It's a selection curated to paint a picture of vaccines as dangerous.

All the more reason for me to share with them our research results showing that some vaccines may in fact have extraordinary beneficial effects on overall health.

Sure, you can do that, but the odds of its changing a single mind are homeopathically small and the risk that your work will be misrepresented as supporting antivax pseudoscience is very high.
