Scales are the worst. Our weight fluctuates for so many reasons. I’m a 6’2” dude who is pretty fit but weighs well over 200lbs. Depending upon how I’m eating & training, my weight fluctuates up & down 3-5lbs on any given day. A 1%-3% fluctuation is pretty normal. Don’t sweat it.

Yep. Me too. My weight can fluctuate up to 2 lbs. a day, which is why I don't weigh myself every day anymore. Single weights matter very little. Only trends matter.
