Come on, @gorskon you're better than this. This is snapshot data. Without a historical trend you can't make any statement about causality based on "the rise of..." anything.

Thanks for teeing up my excuse to point to data showing exactly that, that anti-Jewish hate crimes spiked 37% in the latest FBI statistics. https://www.hrc.org/blog/new-fbi-statistics-show-alarming-increase-in-number-of-reported-hate-crimes … - Show replies

I'm curious as to the balance of anti-semitic trends vs. hate against other "non-aryans" across the US. In WWII Europe, it was all about Jews. US Nazis seem to hate everyone.

Probably not. Though the commonality of this opinion makes it more plausible to those who might believe it. Connecting things are what humans are good at.pic.twitter.com/v20iNADjhn

In Europe most acts of anti-Semitism can be traced to Moslems. Find the study in the linked thread. https://twitter.com/MrMaitra/status/1097232324759089153?s=09 …

It's been the same for many years, e.g. 2014, 2015 and 2016 under a different president, i.e. Hate crimes against Jews, adjusted for population, have always been much higher than for Muslims or Blacks.
-
This isn't the case. Even in raw
#s. For instance in 2014, there were 609 anti-jewish attacks. In 2017, it was 938. Source: https://ucr.fbi.gov/hate-crime/2017/topic-pages/victims … The numbers don't support such a broad proclamation.
