To be honest, in high school I was usually on the receiving end of mean behavior, and I don't recall ever taking it out on anyone when I had the opportunity. It just wasn't in my DNA.
Seconded. Never once did I surround and harass a minority in that manner.
As a teen I built a shanty town to protest apartheid and sat in on anti-nuke proliferation protests w/ the Berrigans. I regret some of that. But I never tried to stare down an elder who was celebrating his heritage while my buds cheered. There's stupid good and stupid evil.
