We have a local hospice, my Dad died there. The staff were wonderful. To make a place people go to die a happy place is a gift beyond money. Thank you

I once took care of a hospice nurse with breast cancer. I thanked her for her work and told her that I couldn't do what she does.

I should have added that. Plus, the quack treatments sometimes do harm. Or at least steal the remaining time. And divert funding from cases where it has sense (like real experimental medicine).
