Probably some sort of auto block which noted her handle and found negative words.

Plenty of people end up blocked by someone they never interacted with. People with large follower counts often use blockbots, that block people based on e.g. following someone who has been identified as a troll/harasser.

Certainly not directly related to your post, but about blocking. Y'day I saw a tweet from someone I follow, but the tweet he commented on was unavailable; when I checked I found it to be from someone I have never heard of but who had blocked me. Why, if we have never had /1

any contact? My own block list, of those I have supposedly blocked, contains long lists of people I have never heard of and a half dozen I have explicitly blocked. Where did this list come from? I had no hand in it. How does Twitter work?
