Does anyone else find it odd that anti-vaxxers seem to be concerned with poor safety regulations and the influence of money in pharmaceuticals/government, yet they are frequently Trump supporters? Where are the anti-vaxxers that support socialized research and medicine?
Look at it this way. Do Democrats running for office routinely feel obligated to pander to antivaxers? No, but @MIGOP politicians do. Do left wing antivaccine PACs funnel money to antivax Democrats? No, but right wing antivax PACs exist and help primary provax Republicans.

Are Democrats receptive to appeals from antivaxers arguing for loosening requirements for personal belief exemptions to school vaccine mandates? Very few, but a lot of Republicans are.

My soon-to-be former state Rep. Jeff Noble summed it up when he said
@MIGOP reps on the Health Policy Committee are the only ones receptive to vaccine choice initiatives, while the Democrats won’t even consider them and want to “shove vaccines down your throat (or arm)."
