I keep reading about these 100+millions every time somebody attempts to claim that glyphosate is bad, because, he/she insists, it has at least (the cort said so!) caused cancer of the poor man. However I don't think, it is not because everybody respects courts.

First of all people usually has no idea about the epidemiology of cancer. Yes, some of them are more common than others, and, at the DNA level, every cancer is different. However even in the case of less common cancers, there are plenty of people suffering from each of them.
