I agree that there should be no such thing as alternative medicine. There is medicine that has been scientifically demonstrated to work, medicine that is unproven, and medicine that has been shown not to work. As for naturopathy, unfortunately naturopathy is rooted in prescientific vitalism, not science. What is good about naturopathy is not in any way unique to naturopathy, and what is unique to naturopathy is most definitely not good. That's why naturopathy is unnecessary. 3/3
