Not a straw man. These therapies are not utilized to anyway near a proper extent in conventional allopathic care as it is actually practiced ( as opposed to taught and theorized).

The positive evidence in favor of those interventions would be that justification Tim, significantly outweighing their appearance within the allopathic worldview. Not that I expect an honest discourse from you on the evidence mind you. But still.
