I did a fair amount of trauma surgery before I subspecialized, and I'm not impressed. Dr. Hochstein, in the case where suicide or homicide is a short-lived desire, if the easiest way is unavailable, an alternative method may not be attempted. I don’t think this is a difficult concept to grasp, but if you need supporting suicide barrier studies let me know.
