Dr Gorski, scientists make up a tiny percentage of our population but are responsible for almost 100% of the innovation. We need to stand up and be counted. Petitions won't work. We need to get Nobel Laurates to demand the IARC is dissolved immediately and get some sense back.

I'm definitely not for dissolving the IARC. I'm for reforming it to make it more science-based (as opposed to the methodolatry of being based in EBM). An organization like the IARC is needed.

Well, it may have the advantage of opening the festering pustule of companies paying for specific outcomes and integrity-free "independent" scientists really being spokesmen (propagandists) for companies.
