We're one of them. Wellness is not the enemy of medicine. Far from it. The tough part is separating the many evidence-based activities from the fluff.

Excellent. Health care definitely needs help, as does population health. Wellness is not perfect, yet it brings a lot to medicine, especially for chronic disease. Dissenting views will exist, inadvertently pushing people to pharmaceutical approaches. Keep up the great work.

Great news. Given the state of population health (over half the adult population diagnosed with chronic disease) as well as unsustainable health care systems, it's high time to see a shift in focus to wellness and prevention.
