We have affiliate leaders, staff, board members, and speakers who are doctors, nurses, degrees in hard sciences, university professors. Our legislative director, Genevieve Marnon, who is working on this bill, has a degree in biology.

Are you saying that a person with a bachelor's degree in biology is incapable of understanding basic biological processes?

Possibly. Possibly not. A lot depends on the specifics of the degree and how long ago the degree was. General biology is just that, general. Very little about cells, cell culture, etc. is usually taught in undergrad.
