More than that. At least in part, the Catholic Church's position is because one of the #vaccines in question - rubella - is against an infection that targets the unborn in particular. Fighting against the vaccine's use risks bringing back rubella, which kills and harms newborns.

Does it even make sense to explain the entire history of a given procedure or treatment to a patient before administering it? Informed consent doesn't mean burying someone in unnecessary detail, tbh
But the entire point is Dr. Gorski believes many people would ethically object, so we must keep them in the dark. If it's an unnecessary detail, then no reason to worry, right? You can't have it both ways.
It's almost as if they care more about controlling women's reproductive choices than the actual lives of children who exist now and could be harmed by vaccine-preventable diseases. Funny how that works...
