Allowing potentially lethal phase 1 drugs on patients to be administered doesn't fall under your determination

"As a result, the only people who would potentially be able to access right-to-try are the rich or people" Well at least a single dose of psilocybin probably wont bankrupt anyone...

I wonder which of the drug companies the Trumps have money in? I wish people understood research into new drugs and treatments. Phase I trials, 99% are ditched because there were too many problems, etc

Phase 1 drugs do not have a sufficient testing profile to administer them to patients. There won't be any informed consent about potential side effects, interactions, etc. You're volunteering to be little more than an expendable guinea pig.

Dr. Gordon, I understand your professional opinion BUT keep in mind the opening phrase of "our" constitution! "LIFE, Liberty & the pursuit of happiness. I conclude all three are now protected by this law. The logic here is unavoidable. Patient X 100% will die! Y on earth not try?
