So in a day and a half, all I got from this “extra assistance” from
@googledrive is one message asking for a case id and that was it… I gave you enough time to react. I am moving to@Dropbox. -
Just to give you an example of a great support service: I signed-up for a
@Dropbox account -> there was no obvious way to enter my company info for invoicing -> I wrote to support -> they helped me resolve that in realtime -> I’m all set. In under 1h.
