@googlephotos I’ve saved photos on my laptop to the google photo folder in Drive Desktop. They are not synching to the in-line version. Is that not supposed to happen?

Sure. It’s on my desktop. Google Photos is a folder inside of Google drive. That’s where everything backs up to. Will it not reverse synch when I add photos to that desktop folder?

Thanks for info. Google Photos folder is auto generated folder to sync from Google Photos on Drive. Adding photos to that folder will not reverse sync. You can share your feedback here: Drive> Help ("?" icon) > Send feedback. Appreciate it!
