Thanks for letting us know. Run a check on the device software updates and network connection settings. Also, make sure that the device has enough storage. Sometimes due to low storage space, the functionality of certain apps get affected.

I’ve done all of that. I have more than enough storage space & I’ve even re-downloaded the app, as well as resetting my phone. It was working fine until I updated this morning.

That's odd. Try downloading other type of files and let us know if this is happening with a particular type of file file or other type of files as well? We'd like to look into this.

The option to “send copy” worked. I suppose we can’t save files by holding down on them anymore?
