It’s strange that drone laws in India are very restrictive to enthusiasts. A 1 Kg drone needs to be registered. Yet professional photographers can fly them inside crowded wedding venues, sometimes with dangerously low ceilings. The law is more about liability than safety.

It has kind of become a norm nowadays in a typical Indian wedding. Gives a good point to the guests to gossip if they don’t find a drone hovering around them.
