welp. im in the news today bc a high school sex ed class in VA used my videos & parents were outraged. angry parents, please understand that teens need safe places to talk about sex. if the info is not discussed at school, they WILL get it elsewhere — from less reliable sources.

i understand that for some parents, the prospect of their teenager learning about sex at school is a scary thing! on that front, please also know that sex ed teachers are always open to talking through parent concerns. we are here to help and work WITH YOU! not against you.

angry parents, my inbox is always open to discuss. just like it has always been open to the roughly 75,000 young adults* who have secretly emailed me their sex ed questions the past decade because they had nobody else to ask.

Where in VA? I'm from VA. It's a good sign that the teacher used your videos, imo.

That was a pretty... advanced video for a high school setting. Not sure why they went with that one when you have other videos posted which might be more relevant to a high school group.

A well intentioned message. But it's not well implemented in reality because 1. There's a LOT Sex Ed and school in general does NOT tell you. And 2. We Live in an age where we're expected to think one way or we're openly mocked.
