I criticize my former home state on plenty of issues, but I received a damn good public school education there, from seventh grade all the way through UW. I hope Wyoming kids don’t suffer disproportionately from this recession.

How much is in that rainy day fund? Seems to me this is the event that qualifies for why it was supposedly built.

We have the healthiest reserves of state in the country. If no changes are made, the state’s 1.1B reserve will be empty by this time time 2022 if we don’t change course - spending/revenue.
