Ehhh, I'm gonna disagree with the whole "there are no biological factors to mental illness" claims here. There definitely are, but our society also is designed to keep people ill so they don't have the energy to build a new system. This is a very dangerous false dichotomy.

I want to know if this one is sarcastic, (because I HATED group therapy, but that's just me.)

I haven’t been able to bring myself to try therapy again since I realized this. Every therapists end goal for me was to get me well enough to hold a job again.

My old therapist straight up told me to get a job to help with my mental illnesses... yeah I'm still very depressed.

my old therapist generally was very helpful, but toward the end before i aged out (she was until 21), she was very resistant to the idea that i was disabled enough to not have a job, and made some comments that still hurt me to this day. sigh.
