Crime elimination seems unattainable but crime reduction seems viable, and it's a problem that cultures have tried to solve for thousands of years. If the solutions were intuitively obvious they'd have been implemented already worldwide long ago. So I appreciate your approach.

Now that it’s 100% legal to loot a Walgreens in SF, would you say that the incidence of open theft has gone up or down in the last 12 mo? Walgreens is now closing stores as a result. Is this a net positive or negative for the community to have competitively priced RX and goods?
