@razibkhan, over-interpreting PCA is hardly a good way to assess and compare genetic diversity between populations, especially as used in your post. The basic problem of your post is that you conflate the concepts of population structure and genetic diversity. Your statement "there is not very much genetic diversity in China and there is a great deal of genetic diversity in India" is not substantiated by the analyses you do.
