The vaccine's experimental - it was produced without full trials+approved under emergency circumstances. There remains a doubt around duty of care by the govt. An HR (Human Remains) dept worth its salt won't be explicit about it, but take it (overwhelmingly) into account(-ve)

Tough. If you do not wish for your patients and residents to be safer because their care workers have been covered by being fully inoculated, then leave the job. Along with any carers that feel that way too.
