Wasn't happening to me last night but it is this morning. Last night it was the google search widget on my home screen. That got resolved via forced stop but this workaround doesn't seem to work for Gmail

Is there an update on this? I can't permanently uninstall Android system WebView, it keeps coming back on my pixel. I can't get into my Gmail or search.
