Lol. So? Neither is every other poll we see. Anyone of us can conduct a poll & find our desired outcome. Maybe that says more than the actual numbers in this poll?

I never said I was thrilled about another tax, I actually just pointed out that a hockey player’s poll is extremely biased in comparison to professional polling. That’s it.

I never have an issue with Canadians discussing stuff. So what if Theo was a hockey player? He was a damn good one. And he is Canadian, his voice matters just as much as Trudeau’s, or mine, or yours. Many folks don’t want this tax. Obviously.

Federal govt needs to bring back a referendum system of some sort. Far too often they just do whatever the hell they want, which makes no sense what so ever. This is another prime example of money grab from those that can't afford it.

Cons are just the best. Something goes against them and it's referendum time. But the rest of us are displeased with, let's say Dug Ford's meddling in city politics and it's "no way, Dug won the election". Pathetic.

You are missing the point!City politics don't affect the entire country. And this has nothing to with liberals, conservatives or NDP. When it effects every Canadian a referendum should automatically come into effect. If it affects you, you should have the right to say yes or no

My point was that govts govern. Everyone already gets to have the right to have their say. It's called an election. Everything affects some of us. No need to have referendums on every single thing the govt does. You don't like what the govt does, vote against them next election.
