Asking a serious question. Is there ANYTHING in the Constitution that allows the Citizens of the United States the power (other than an election year and voting) to boot Trump from office? Don’t WE have rights against a dictator? I’m truly asking for ALL of us.

How would a class action work? What would we sue for?

He’d just counter sue on the grounds that we were mean to him!

We have the right to bear arms against threats; but not to use them.

I agree with her question and inference. What purpose does our democracy serve if the power does not belong to the people? This makes no sense. The capitalists should be ashamed now too! How can it be that the resources (police, military, weapons) that we fund are turned upon us?

That’s where the argument of whether we are a republic or a democracy comes into play. In a republic the people elect representatives to make the decisions as opposed to making them directly. Which is why voting is so important and shouldn’t be taken for granted
