the president’s conduct. Trump did not assert executive privilege. In other words, he did not “assert his constitutional prerogative to protect confidential conversations with his close advisers.” He ordered all executive branch employees to violate lawfully issued congressional

subpoenas for testimony & documents that would have exposed his administration’s crimes & abuses. Falsely characterizing this as Trump asserting executive privilege shows you are determined to misrepresent and thereby coverup Trump’s crimes. Your behavior is an insult to
