that the evidence proves he’s guilty of lying to Congress and of threatening Credico in an attempt to dissuade him from testifying. We have a term we use for a trial where the evidence is this strong - we call it “a long, slow guilty plea.”

Stone isn’t worthy of a plea deal. He wanted a trial, well he certainly got it, along with the great risks that come with one. The penalties are deservedly greater and he is owed absolutely zero slack. Times up. He can’t BS his way out of this one.
