She doesn't seem to be asking for information, and do you know how hard it is to get authorities to investigate? It's a flaw with compsci training that we assume through apis and interfaces that systems will do what they promise. There police are not an API.

Get authorities to investigate what? Stallman message? Here: “I think it is morally absurd to define “rape” in a way that depends on minor details such as which country it was in or whether the victim was 18 years old or 17.” The other part has to do with Epstein's "harem".
