    2 years ago, I did a first clumsy mind map of the process to create events from gathered information. Then our new colleague (who wrote a book about mind map ;-) improved it in a day. new ideas welcome.

    Don't forget to test your domains especially if you have still have older DNS server running and not supporting EDNS (or also firewall mangling DNS packets). Many DNS providers will remove workarounds on the 1st February.
