榨菜肉丝面 might just be my new go-to comfort food. So quick and easy to make, always have all the ingredients on hand. Admittedly, "pickled mustard root and pork-sliver noodles" doesn't sound too appetizing but man, it does hit the spot.

We've got 酸笋 in the house on a regular basis. It goes on noodles (and most everything else), and the smell induces an indecent, Little-Shop-of-Horrors-style appetite in me.
