Yes, it would. All we'd have to do is run it down the median of Ravenna Blvd to Cowan Park and through Ravenna Park, then figure out how to get it through/across UVillage.

The Green Lake Community Center playfield is pretty much already part of the lake for half the year... I wonder how much the level of the lake would have to be raised.

The lake was originally six feet higher. It was lowered by that amount at the suggestion of John Charles Olmsted to create more land around the water for people to use.
