Bring gloves! Try to keep your bare hand “clean” and use if for opening your water bottle, touching your phone, etc and use your glove “dirty” hand to touch your sign and other people.

If you need to pull your mask down to drink/eat a snack try your best to step away from the crowd to do so. You are extremely exposed in that moment.

Remember, folks are screaming thus it is inevitable that their spit (droplets) are flying. Dispose of/wash your mask as soon as you get home. Also, sunglasses or goggles protect your open eyes from exposure too!

I know it’s hot and your throat is dry but don’t share water unless it’s completely necessary. If you do waterfall as far away from your mouth as possible.

If you live with people at home who were not at the protest with you remember you distance yourself from them if possible. You may have been exposed

Lastly, DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU FEEL ILL. Take your temp before you leave the house if you can and if you have a fever STAY HOME.

Not sure if okay to add on, but also, if you have spare masks you can give away don't hesitate to bring them to hand out (especially if you are financially able as people living in poverty may not have the same options and access to masks). Proactive protection helps the many.
