    I can't stop watching this. If anything at all went differently, there would have been incalculable horror. The evidence of planning in here by the Proud Boys is staggering. It's a national shame we don't know more about who was aware of it beforehand.

    Very true, artists, eccentrics, and interesting businesses need lower rent to exist. Otherwise you end up with a bland neighborhood of chain shops and boring people.
