    Totally agree , just look at companies that have a clear vision on their customer, they just use heavily in every business process.

    A3: Every device manufacturer & service provider will need to become an analytics company as well, or partner with one :-)

    A2: I think that realtime and predictive engagement just are the customer expectations. Nobody looks at engagement that are not responsive or tailored any more.
