Duuude man :( I too have suffered from sciatica, started quite a few years ago from a fall in grade 11, recently came back these past 3 weeks. Stretching helps, especially extending your leg on a chair and squatting down on it. The mornings are the absolute worst, it takes 10
Minutes of stretching and sitting on a firm chair for the pain to go away. Other than that a general anti-inflammatory at night prescribed is the only thing that really helps. The first two weeks are terrible but the third week you will notice improvements.

Oh and at night makes sure to sleep on your left side in a semi-fetal position with a thin pillow between the legs, that helps, I naturally sleep on my stomach so it takes getting used to, oh and do not sleep on your stomach it aggravates sciatica, and stay hydrated too,it helps
