I'm still incredibly skeptical of digital art and games, surly they have a place but I tend to thing painting/sculpture/drama are perennial mediums.

Our praxis is not to subvert. Let commies and conservatives try to smash the state; we're here to build.

"public education", read social control. No country is better at producing Prog Drones than Canada.
-
"Social control" as opposed to... what? Antisocial control? Sorry, we already tried liberalism, it doesn't work.
-
But seriously, the problem is the "prog" part not the "telling people what to think" part. All thought exists within intellectual traditions. Someone always educates us on that context, whether it's journalists, teachers, priests, or parents. Hierarchy is ontological.
-
And note that, unless said parent is also a philosopher and/or priest, he or she still relies on them in this task. The state has a duty in facilitating this operation.
-
You may desist grinding your axe, I could not agree with you more.

The point of the article was that state-run media is needed for, in Northern Dawn's words, public education. It came off like you accusing them of being progs or something. Sorry I misunderstood.
