Foucault provided very effective critiques of what A ton of academics are doing now a days, the irony is lost on them apparently.

partially because Foucault becomes domesticated in a similar fashion later in his carerr (cf. Alasdair MacIntyre, *Three Rival Versions of Moral Inquiry*.).

To oversimplify the narrative for Neitzche aphorism are a method for escaping the tyranny of reason respresented by e.g the academic treatise. Foucault starts as an inheritor of this project but became comprised in his later career.pic.twitter.com/t7thHFJUII
