I believe popper said the dangers of censoring the "intolerant" will inevitably outweigh the benefits to stopping them. Lol lib logic= self-own.
It's funny that they never include the second part to what popper said in that quote,

This fits into the classical liberal (literally, as in Rome-centric) idea of Republics being good, but inevitably doomed to be short-lived. "A republic, if you can keep it."
