of different cultures and peoples? The only way this political focus on Dasein could lead to National Bolshevism is if political organization is considered a universal characteristic of Dasein's ontological constitution 4/

- but I feel like such an interpretation directly contradicts Heidegger's account of Dasein. 5/

Also, I fail to see what makes the 4th political theory / National Bolshevism anything new. The idea that political organization should reflect some "deep" nature of the human being has been explicitly or implicitly endorsed by a huge swath of historical fascistic movements 6/

& even many elements of the alt-right (although what qualifies as the roots of being differs wildly among the various subgroups). It seems like a somewhat of a hackneyed attempt to repackage third-positionism. 7/

I would love to know others' thoughts on the matter (i.e. how National Bolshevism is derived from Dugin's appropriation of Heidegger's notion of Dasein) & how
#NazBol is differentiated from other strands of 3rd positionism/fascism & the alt-right. 8/1 reply 0 retweets 1 likeShow this thread -

Well I always have agreed with the metapolitical assertion of "deep roots" creating an organic politics, if that makes me a fascist, I don't think so at least...where I come from is that the spiritual is always the political, especially now a days, but I get your point.

The question is that, if the character of Dasein does not translate into a political project, what about Heidegger's (ahem) personal politics?

With Dasein, their are prerequisites for authentic being, which would include political organization - so in that way, there is somewhat of a very loose prescription for political organization, but in being authentic there are still a plurality of forms that Dasein may take up
