And it's also not a "legitimate question" because unlike babies or disabled children, the people here under TPS status were here legally, working legally, and supporting themselves. No one has to "take them in" -- just reconsider kicking them out.

No, actions are legal or illegal, not people. We never call prisoners "illegals" - the anti-immigrant groups are the ones distorting the meaning of the word. You can call them "law-breakers" if you want, but sidewalk counselors & abortion clinic protestors are often lawbreakers
