...mid run, i realize i did not get enough carbs or protein and it was TOUGH. once i fell and another time i simply gave out from exhaustion. literally laying on asphalt. with coach making sure i was Safe. i gave all i had. then did weights and core training.

Very sorry. I can't walk and have not left my house in 14 years. I am envious you can go out. I wish you safety and accomplishments on your tough days.
