i ran. every bit was hard. i fought. i slammed onto the floor twice. i didn't care. because i am in this to win. but i always feel like a champ when i get up off that floor and keep running. and now i am fighting my Way back to where i was before i rolled my ankle.

but i looked at coach yesterday and said, " i am not ceding any ground to the devil. i am going to take it. and if he thinks he is, well, he's got a fight on his hands." spiritual fights are the fiercest ones. resistance is normal when victory is sure.

but still, it was nice to hear from a friend of mine today who said, " i know you. you are going to find a Way through the difficulty." he wasn't talking about CP. he knows that's kind of no big deal to me. haha. he wasn't wrong.
