so Happy! today we did running/ walking intervals. my ankle is doing fantastic. we started with 3 minute running intervals- now we are up to 10 minute intervals. we did 30 minutes of solid running. the most since i hurt my ankle.

i upped my v sit hold time from 5 seconds, to 10 seconds and today to 21 seconds.
