    One month into the scooter pilot, lock-to technology has reduced cases of scooters blocking sidewalks - but there are still too many reports of folks improperly and unsafely riding scooters on sidewalks. If u ride a scooter, be considerate + do it safely!

    Could someone explain the policy or political benefits of tossing 20 million people off their healthcare, putting the health insurance of tens of millions of people with pre-existing conditions at risk, and throwing the entire healthcare system into chaos? It just makes no sense.
