Here is a small tip if you sometimes have issues with your relationship to food. Instead of thinking of food as “good” or “bad”, think about what you eat as “always” foods, “sometimes” foods, or “occasional” foods. Food can’t be good or bad! I find this to be helpful.

I think for most people it’s like healthiness so like cake is a sometimes food where some people might say you should eat it at all because it’s “bad for you”. This tends to build a bad relationship with dieting.
